Do not buy this especially if you have to pay for water usage. It drips after every usage and a few minutes after using it, more dripping. It also drips when the tank heats up. I was told that's how the product is Really? Where does it say that?!!! It was suggested to lower the heat to reduce dripping. That defeats the purpose of having an instant hot. The instant hot I had before never dripped. It wasn't a Moen faucet.
