I’m obsessed with this toilet. The seat is always warm, so many ways to feel completely spoiled by this toilet. The soft lighting at night is a game changer. And much better priced than it competitors.

This is my most disappointing purchase ever. It’s very stylish and attractive, but VERY noisy and the plastic parts are very poor quality. The seat completely discolored I believe it is from the heating element. We have several Kohler toilets in the house That we use the exact same light cleaning products on and they have never discolored after 10 years. This discolored in the first six months. There is no way to order parts online. What’s most disappointing is how loud this bidet toilet is in the middle of the night. It beeps and makes all kinds of noise every time you walk up to it there’s no chance of sleeping through that sound.

Install was tedious but it's not because of Moen. If your water supply is within 6" of the center of your drain, you might have to move it. This toilet isn't beveled like a traditional toilet and it may but up against your valve on the wall. I had to move my water line over and add a street 90 to get enough room. No big deal. It will auto flush your water bill out of site. We disabled the presence sensor but the auto flush option is permanent. If you sit down for longer than 5 seconds, you're committed to a flush. I feel this was a simple but big detail that was over looked. We use our toilet as a seat and sometimes we don't want to flush late at night so we don't wake our children.
