My shower base originally came broken. I had to call customer service to return and exchange. That was a seamless process. The end result is a happy customer. My base is now installed and I love it.

Unfortunately I am returning the base it was delivered damaged. But thank you . It looked nice and well made but damaged

Package was delivered by FedEx as usual box had some damage to it. I opened it up, but the product was OK. Well packaged this is usually my problem with FedEx boxes almost always show up damaged and sometimes also the product. I am not a fan of FedEx, but this one arrived OK.

Very sturdy, no flexing. Looks and feels great. Installation just as described. I recommend placing it on some kind of underlayment, like for Luxury Vinyl flooring, to keep it quieter. The feet squeaked a little, even on a completely level subfloor. A piece of floor muffler took care of it. Be careful to protect the surface while completing tile or surrounds. It can scratch easily.
