Every single piece, in all four boxes, was broken. The return was picked up by Fed ex on April 26th and I have yet to receive my refund. I’ve submitted one photo because it wouldn’t let me share all photos. I have 20 as there was 20 broken pieces. The floor is exactly what I wanted and I’m so disappointed that I could not use it. I refuse to order the tile again if Fed ex is the company used for the delivery.

They looked very nice but, we are in the middle of the project and a lot of them are broken and probably I will find more. Very upsetting. I’m going to need more. How can I get some replacement? Please!!
