Absolutely gorgeous in person! These gold tiles completely transformed my kitchen. The finish is a beautiful warm, reflective metallic gold with natural variations from tile to tile, so depending on the lighting they can look like antique gold, bronze, or even a deeper smoky gold. They have plenty of shine without looking cheap or overly flashy. I paired them with black cabinets, black trim, changed appliances to black metal, and warm granite countertops, and they brought everything together beautifully. The texture and slightly imperfect reflective surface give them a handcrafted, high-end look. They definitely make a statement, but the darker tones keep them sophisticated. One thing I noticed is that lighting makes a huge difference with these tiles. In bright light theyre very reflective and glamorous, while in lower light they become deeper and moodier. If youre looking for a flat, uniform gold, these arent that—but if you want dimension, character, and a luxury look, theyre beautiful.

We had one of the worst online ordering experiences of our lives. After being *guaranteed* that the tile would be to us in 3 days. It came 6 weeks later - totally missing the install for the house. I had to arrange a drop shipment with the company - I would NEVER recommend using Wayfair/Joss and Main for material ordering. For this tile, contact NASCO directly - they are great to work with. I spent more than 25 hours on the phone with the customer service team (at $150 an hour for my time as a designer, this is a cost to my company of $3750!!!!) and the tile never showed up. It kept getting delayed and delayed and delayed -yet Wayfair REFUSED to cancel my order saying I would need to set up a return. Finally, after 6 weeks, I got ahold of a customer service agent who did cancel my order and refunded it. A week later, the shipping company showed up at my door with the tile (7 weeks after ordering) - I had already been refunded - I refused delivery...but easily could have just taken the tile when I was refunded - which just shows how *horrible* ALL of the systems are from this company. After all of this headache, I was offered a 10% off code for my next purchase - which was an absolute slap in the face. My firm orders thousands of dollars from Wayfair/Joss and Main. That is no longer the case. After this absolute nightmare, we will never, ever place another order again.
