The product itself was perfect, exactly what I was looking for. However, I ordered and paid for 10 hinges (5 packages with 2/pk) but received only 5 hinges (2 packages and a single hinge). After providing a detailed explanation, I received 2 more hinges (1 package) with a promise that another hinge was on the way. Thus, I am still short 2 hinges. I am now going to try for a third time to get this right. Stay tuned…
