Weather and high traffic use had the hinges squeaking when used and irritating the entire family. These hinges alleviated the issue and make for a more peaceful environment.

We keep the bathroom exhaust fan on next door for the little ones in an effort to muffle the sounds of the others playing games or moving about the area. The noises that seem the most loud are from the hinges squeaking as the middle child goes in and out of his adjacent room, since he tends to be more active in the evening, and we can’t let him leave his door open because he chats with his friends and it’s impossible to ask a 9 year old to be silent. These unsqueakable hinges were just what we needed for a lot less fussing from everyone around here.

Feels like this will last for a very long time. Also love how these hinges provide 30 years of noise free opening and closing. Perfect investment.
