Overall, very disappointing. The humidor shelves were all discolored. The sticker placed on top was nearly impossible to remove without using Goo Gone. The hygrometer also appears to be inaccurate when compared to another calibrated digital one I use in a different humidor. I contacted support, and while they offered to replace the shelves, I was later informed they are on backorder with no estimated delivery date. Reaching someone from the support team by phone is impossible—it’s all handled through messaging.

Great humidor!!! Fits plenty of cigars and accommodates flatsboxes for the kind I like. Easy to maintain and keeps good solid temps.
