Spent over $1,000 on this piece and nowhere in the description, specs, or photos does it mention that it comes with a pre-drilled faucet hole on top of the countertop. That's a huge detail to leave out. Not everyone wants a deck-mounted faucet. A lot of us design around wall-mounted faucets, and once that hole is drilled into the countertop, there's no going back. This should be clearly stated in the listing — not a surprise when the item arrives. When I called customer service to explain the issue, I got nothing. No acknowledgment that the listing was incomplete, no discount, no free or expedited shipping to help fix the situation, no goodwill gesture at all. For a purchase at this price point, that's disappointing.
