I purchased this handset approximately a year ago. Had problems right from the start. Handle vertical alignment was adjusted to the right. I had just purchased a new door and we drilled holes for this handle trusting the handle setup. Considering the circumstances Wayfair did replace which I appreciate but now the handle is clicking, not fully engaging. I ended up buying a new door handle which works wonderfully. I just have holes in a new door and I am completely dissatisfied with this product.
