This is as hefty as it is ornate. The lock has weight and gives this satisfying click when it locks and unlocks. I wish that I could upload a clip of it. I love that the set comes with two mechanisms to accommodate the two most common door knob depths. That sounds technical, but trust me, this is an easy install that even a beginner can do. The instructions are simple, descriptive, and thorough. My door is both safe and beautiful.

I had nothing but problems with these locks. I tried to install it, but it just wouldn't work. I had to spend $150 to have a locksmith come to install it, and even he said that it just didn't work right. I worked on it some more and managed to get it to lock, but the knob on the bottom won't turn the latch. I'm pretty unhappy overall. It looks good, but doesn't work right.

This was delivered on time and exactly what we saw on their website.

These are high quality knobs. Only reason for score is that I received the deadbolt and knob in 2 different finished (unlaquered brass deadbolt and another type of brass for the handle.) I reached out a total of 3 times (1 time via app something “wrong” w order and 1 time though the CS team via phone)to get this resolved and the first 2 I kept hearing they were shipping me a replacement knob piece with NOTHING actually coming. I finally requested a return via app and that was when I was taken seriously to have a full replacement set shipped out. Only caviate is once again got no request to return the other mismatch set until I received a random fedex label. Not a big deal to return it, but would have preferred to have been told that via the app return process since it felt a subtle, sneaky way to double charge me if I didn’t ship it back in time.
