We had this brand at our old house. They have since changed up the inner workings which in one case is great and in another bad. The good part is the door knobs no longer get screwed on and thats a huge plus. The bad part is the door can be shut with the door in the locked position. It doesnt unlock unless the interior knob is turned. The knobs can also bind up if the faceplate is attached too tight to the door. Even with these downsides...it is a nice set and plan on purchasing a dozen more.
