Nice, simple device - it seems to work well. The written instructions were a bit unclear but the video they link to helped.

Poor quality on parts inside the mechanism - not worth the risk to install and then break, so I returned.

Works great but you have to screw it in on the door side. The double stick tape is great for getting it aligned properly to begin with, but doesn't hold in the long run. Floor tape held, so didn't have to make any hole there. A bit of training to get everyone to use it properly. You have to push on the door to release the catch instead of pulling it. It keeps the door open nicely though so we are happy with these. Put them on a few doors that would keep falling shut and now they stay open.
