I had a very specific space limitation and I distinctly wanted a fluted facade so that’s why I decided on this piece. Thanks to previous reviews, I knew I would need a lot of time to put it together. However, even with planning, organizing and a healthy dose of patience I still found building this to be frustrating. A few of the direction steps should be combined together so that you can adjust and line things up properly before securing, and other steps should be broken apart because the diagram gets too cluttered with so many lines crossing over one another. Also, do yourself a favor and use your screw gun on a low setting to save your hands, despite what the directions say. Just be mindful not to over tighten or strip the screws. Beyond the directions, I can already tell the sliding door is going to bang into the drawer fronts because to have clearance for the door to slide, you have to give the drawers an extra push to move them back all the way to the stopper for an extra “click” that creates clearance beyond closing them. I may just take it off the track and install pivot hinges instead. Appearance wise it looks nice and all the pieces were well protected and packed. I haven’t installed it yet, so I can’t comment on the water tightness. I’ll adjust my rating if other issues arise.

This was in pieces when it came. The instructions to put it together were 56 steps and included GLUE. It is pretty, but honestly, I wouldnt recommend it due to the assembly.

Looks even better in person. Really glad I went with this vanity. I was concerned the sink would feel cheap but it does not. The shape of the sink bowl is actually really helpful. Drawers and door all slide and function well, not poorly made. There are lots of pieces to the product but it has to have so many with three drawers and a sliding door. Worth it.
