Bec de baignoire OP-640063-BN

Decently well made with a couple plastic parts on the inside. I’m happy with the standard pull-to-plug mechanism, since there was a “fancier” tub spout when we moved in that was more (too) complicated and broke. So far so good, I just hope this one lasts!

Just as advertised and work well!

Atrocious customer service - the product arrived broken, we requested a replacement. Took almost 2 weeks struggling with chat and being told it was being replaced to not receive the replacement. Had to talk to a customer service rep, wait for original replacement to be cancelled, then resend again. Over a month to get a replacement isn't acceptable. Final product is decent, more of an issue with Wayfair's service than the product.

The highest quality item I have purchased from Wayfair to this point. This says little about the spout and much about Wayfair.

Fit and finish are excellent.
