I looked for a vanity for at least 3 months when I found this. It went on sale and I ordered it. After waiting for a while and tracking it, it said it was at a facility waiting to be delivered but there was no explanation why it wasn’t delivered. I called Wayfair and found out it was damaged and had been sent back and I should have been informed. They put in a new order so it would be faster. When it came, the backsplash was broke. I called them to let them know and asked if the manufacturer could send another backsplash and they said they were not able to send a backsplash separately. They had to place order 3. When it was delivered I made the delivery drivers wait and when I opened the box, there was another broken backsplash. This has been the biggest pain I have ever dealt with. I know Wayfair didn’t manufacture this item, but they need to make sure they are dealing with manufacturers that understand how to ship products so they don’t break!!!

We used this vanity in our Victorian home guest bathroom… so perfect

We are very pleased with the vanity. It seems to be well constructed, is beautiful and will look lovely in our bathroom. The cream top is a bit darker than we anticipated but still worked with our color scheme. We understand marble has color and pattern variations. The only concern we had was the stain on the feet was uneven and blotchy. We spoke with customer service and they were great. They helped us to resolve the situation quickly. The vanity came well packaged and the delivery team did an excellent job of carefully getting the vanity to our room of choice on the second floor. They were professional, punctual and respectful of the merchandise and our home. The entire experience with Wayfair, from ordering to delivery and problem resolution, has been easy and pleasant. Wayfair has earned my business. I look forward to ordering my next item!

Nice piece. It was exactly what I picked. I was impressed that the delivery people were able to move such a heavy piece up a flight of stairs.
