Porte-bûches en bois ciré, toile 18 oz 600 g / m², accessoires de poêles à bois robustes au design classique durable (brun clair, L 40 po x l 20 po)

I had to get a partial refund because I was not sent an actual working carrier. I received a piece of canvas with some grommets-no handles.

I ordered this for my husband for Christmas which is clearly not a log carrier as you can see. I then ordered a replacement for the actual log carrier and the exact same item was delivered. It is a flap of canvas with holes, no handle, no attachments so how exactly is one to carry logs as depicted in the picture! 0 stars and I want a full refund
