I ordered two of these. One arrived on time in one piece, the other took 'the long way around' (according to the Wayfair agent) and arrived broken a week later. One agent told me directly that Wayfair would overnight a new one to me at their cost which other agents later told me was inaccurate and impossible. Another agent assured me a replacement would be expedited to me at their cost (i then got charged the extra $30 fee - later refunded after complaining). After tracking the replacement, i saw that it was also taking 'the long way around' passing through multiple states. After questioning this, they told me that it wasn't shipped expedited after all (even though i had paid for it!). I finally contacted a Wayfair supervisor who did offer me a discount on the order, but still couldn't do anything about getting my replacement order to me sooner than if i had just ordered another one online myself (in fact the delivery projection online was sooner than what the supervisor said!). I'm still waiting for the replacement to arrive (another week later) and I just have zero trust for anything anyone at Wayfair says. There seems to be a severe breakdown in control over how orders information is transferred and coordinated with Fed-Ex. I would have forfeited the discount if i could be assured that I would receive my order on the date advertised at purchase. I have mounting construction holding costs due to tradespeople being unable to finsih their work because this order has been delayed two weeks. So utterly frustrating. Feeling helpless, feeling abused. Would give negative stars if that rating was available.
