It’s fine. A little less sturdy looking than I thought it would be, but it will do the job.

The system for mounting this on the wall is very difficult to get right, and is constantly coming loose. After trying to tighten is many times, I removed it and am using a different TP holder now.

Handyman that installed it said piece that goes over wall mount was not big enough. I called Wayfair about it but no one called me back. My account was flagged due to numerous items I call about being damaged. I constantly show pictures, videos, downs hours on the phone to arrive to a resolution but all they tell me is that someone will call me back and never does. I feel intimidated to call again but Wayfair says my account was flagged and the “higher up department” will call me back but never does.
