the order came broken. there is no straight forward return or replacement process Update the manufacturer immediately sent the good piece and it looks good now.

Arrived completely damaged and broken . Wayfair directs me to call the manufacture who is not picking up . Automated message says press 5 to if call is regarding an order already placed and then once you hit 5 the call automatically hangs up! I’m so upset and disappointing do not go with this!

Beautiful vanity, it was perfect for my space. Looks like a luxury spa, best vanity I have purchased thus far.

Parts were not well marked. One kind of screw was missing which a trip to the hardware store solved. Directions were difficult to follow. As others stated parts did not line up. Beware the middle did not come in black like we were planning on to match another piece I bought from Wayfair. I contacted customer service about this misrepresentation and their only comment was we have no parts. No call or explanation or empathy for their error. Very disappointed in the product and lack of help. I have bought many things from Wayfair and spent a lot of money. If this is how they treat us I may not be returning. Big bummer.
