The vanity arrived and was split apart at the seams around the top of the cabinet, so I was not able to install it. However, I requested a replacement through the My Orders link and Wayfair notified me that the were sending a replacement. I got an email from Wayfair saying it had been shipped and would arrive on a certain date. That day came and went with no sign of the replacement vanity. Apparently the date that Wayfair gives you is the date that it will arrive to your local Wayfair delivery agent. After contacting customer service a couple more times, I received a reply saying the delivery company would contact me. It was at least a week before they delivered it. When I finally got it and installed it, I went to get the vanity top out of the box, and it was also broken. I did not realize that it had been sitting there broken for two weeks while I was waiting for the cabinet. So I waited another week to 10 days to get a replacement vanity top. Just in time for guests coming to my house, I was able to finish my bathroom. I don’t have a complaint with the service I received, just the product quality. The description of the cabinet said it was solid wood .. top quality construction, and it was by “Orren Ellis”. When it came, there was no mention of that name. It was made by “Blossom” I thought I was getting a higher quality product by bundling it all together. The replacement cabinet and top both look nice in my bathroom, but the bottom drawer of the sink cabinet does not soft-close all of the way. I have to force it closed. And since I just want to provide constructive feedback, I won’t go into the reasons I replaced the handles that came with the cabinets.
