These are stunning! Very solid - even though it says “hollow” - I was worried the kids might bend them out of shape but there’s no way they’ll bend them. Beautiful!!

Although very beautiful and packaged well, this is where it ends. There are no instructions included and very difficult to find online. The baluster connectors, only 5 provided, not 10. Even if there were enough they do not fit. Trying to install on bottom and the connector is too small, tried hammering but goes on slightly and crooked, used a Dremel to file down the friction notches and still wouldnt fit, much to small. They would nt work for the top even if there were enough, much too big, baluster moves around. The package comes with a 12 hole drilling bit, but again no instructions and photos indicate connectors for both top and bottom.
