The a/c unit i ordered came in a timely fashion, but had broken part and said would be replaced in a weeks time but then said was delayed ,backordered , then was unable to get ,so the unit I got I was unable to use when I needed it for the summer heat , Mayfair did send me a whole new unit after a month I have not opened it yet but box it is in looks like it got run over and dragged for a block in the rain as box is all beat up and bottom of it has been wet , I have notified Mayfair of this , not know if the unit is in one piece or not
