Unable to mount one of the rollers because the threads are stripped and screw can't tighten it so the door is stable so are unable to install the door. Need a replacement piece. Who can help me with this?

I am very pleased with this base. Some shower bases are flimsy but this is very sturdy. Fits great! I highly recommend it.
