We ordered this towel rack knowing the box had been opened and returned, but when it arrived it was missing two essential parts. When we called to ask about replacing the parts or ordering a new one, we were told there were no parts available and the rack was out of stock. We would be refunded our money and they did not want the incomplete rack back. However, I was able to order a new one the following day. The customer service representative essentially lied to us and now we have a useless towel rack to dispose of.

I love this! I hung it on the wall next to my bathroom sink. No more damp hand towels or washcloths. It is good looking and has a small shelf where I store my extra washcloths. I got the gray color- it is a gunmetal gray and blends well with the silver bath hardware
