Pire que pire, à fonctionné 3 fois et ne fonctionne plus. Pas remboursable. Gaspillage, plus jamais// worst ever, worked 3 times and it does not work anymore. No reimbursement possible. Big waste of money

Excellent unit very easy to install. Highly recommend hard wire installation vs plug in.

Nice rack, we wired ours into the wall to hide the ugly black power cord. White rack should ship with a white cord.

The paint finish came damaged in areas. The touchpad works intermittently and sometimes requires a very hard press to register. Towel warmer itself is mediocre at best and barely gets a full size towel to what I would consider slightly warm after an hour or more. It does seem to help the towel dry better, but that's about it. Pretty disappointing overall.
