Need to replace cartridge, no part number or way to order a replacement. Cannot find a compatible universal cartridge locally. Tried contacting MagicHome, they are nonexistent, phone number inactive, don't reply to emails. I will have to replace the valve to a more common brand which means opening up the wall to get access. Absolutely no support, don't know how Wayfair can stand behind these products.

I looked for weeks to find what I was looking for, and finally found this one. It was brushed nickel, had the overhead rain and a hand-held sprayer with different settings. Very pleased with this kit.

Perfect! Just what I was looking for. My 65 husband can even stand under the shower head and have room to wash his hair.
