My dad installed it in the 60's and I'm only now replacing the bolts that connect the center part to the valves. They rusted away and started leaking this year. Every few years we replaced the neoprene valve seats. Quite a low TCO!

The faucet is of good quality and made from quality materials. The pipe thread mounting is tricky because the have to be screwed in exactly the same or the gaskets won't seal. If you can accomplish this, the faucet will work great for you.
