[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Years ago we bought pfister fixtures throughout the old farm house we were remodeling,after many years I called for suggestions to repairs the downstairs bath fixture, this faucet has seen heavy use, I asked about where to find seals and to my surprise they said they would send me some at no charge, promptly thereafter I received the entire stem to repair both sides. Easy. Repair with great results, I would not hesitate to buy your products in the future. Very refreshing to be treated so well long after the sale, great reasons for customer loyalty. Thanks

Purchased this faucet about 15 years ago. One day the spout cracked and fell off. Called the company to see about getting a new spout; none was available. But the Customer Service person said that my old one had a lifetime warranty and shipped me a new one. It arrived quickly and was easy to install. Looks good, still functioning like the old one and hope it lasts as long!

I've used enameled cookware for many years and think it's just the best finish, and I love the rust-free, slick enamel surface of these pans; it's safe under very high temperatures and is naturally easy to clean. The grates are as substantial as the bottom pans and don't warp even under high broiler heat. The smaller pan is super convenient for a single serving. I'm very happy with these pans and would recommend them to anyone.
