[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging was great. Instructions are clear and easy to assemble. Sleek and clean look. Was a beautiful upgrade to our bathroom to allow for some change in color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've done a good amount of home repairs and upgrades, and the installation is usually the easy part of replacing old faucets. I spent triple the amount of time removing the old faucet (15+ years old) than I did installing the Pfister, but a few small changes would make this even easier. I like the style and design, and the handles/cartridges are very smooth operating. They are incredibly smooth, light, and easy to turn. The finish is nice, and the overall feel of the faucet was sturdy and well built. They use a push to connect splitter to join the hot & cold water, which is nice, but they also use what appears to be a proprietary connection with o-rings to the inlet/supply lines. This means an adapter is needed, which is included, but in plumbing, more connections and fittings usually mean more places for a leak to form. There is probably a reason, but it just didn't make sense to me. Instead of just screwing a supply line on, they added o-rings to their connection and then an adapter for a 1/2" supply line. The other thing that would make a difference, at least in my case, would be a better way to attach the handles. They require a set screw (on the back side), which on my sink or most with a backsplash makes it difficult to reach and tighten. I spent more time trying to tighten the set screws than anything else. They include an allen wrench, but it was too long, so I used one of mine to fit in the tight space.
