Had a professional plumber install Avalon three-handle rebuild and trim kit, overflow, tub stop, shower assembly, and sink faucet in Tuscan bronze. While he was installing the shower head, the arm mount broke (which is PLASTIC). Pfister replaced the part, but it took a week to get. After that was installed, we installed the shower head only to find that the water trickles out! Pfister replaced it, but it took 15 days to receive. So that's 22 days without a shower! When we installed the new shower head it, too, trickled water. I took matters into my own hands and removed the blue water flow restricter that's inside the shower head. Still not 100%, but at least I can take a shower now. Will never purchase Pfister again! Don't be fooled by the name, Typhoon...it's a joke!
