The end pieces and the long pole do not fit together well - the pole spins instead of being secured in place. It's a malfunction of the product. I went to return it - and have been told I have to wait a few days to hear from the manufacturer and they will fix it for me. YOU GOTTA ME KIDDING ME? It's NOT fixable - and I do not have the time to wait. Pretty bad - I will NOT BE BUYING AGAIN ON WAYFAIR.
