Robinet de cuisine à poignée simple pull out Bixby LF5385LCS

It is now discontinued, and the parts are hard to find, but the Bixby design and quality is outstanding. It lasted for many years, even the pull-out hose, which speaks highly of the product quality. I also like that the handle screw is removed with a screwdriver from the top and not the back with an Allen wrench. My taste may be a little outdated, but I far prefer the Bixby design over the newer similar models which are sleeker rather than ornamental. I would like to buy it again and I am sorry to see that it is discontinued.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this faucet for about ten years. Only problem has been replacement of hose. However instead of hose replacement the Faucet was replaced. What other company would take care of their clients like this? Couldn't be more pleased with this company!!

I bought the facet for the convenience of pull out as well as the color and style. The pull out part had broken after some use, however the team was effecient in getting me a replacement. I was pleased it was a fix I could perform myself. I would buy their product again, especially knowing they stand behind it and solve issues quickly.

bought this 5 years ago. It froze and rusted together so I cudn't rotate it. And the pull out was frayed. Good news........You sent me for another try !!!
