I bought this faucet for its hands free feature and because it has a matching soap dispenser. The faucet is 5 stars. It is easy to install and looks great! We ordered the power adapter so we don’t have to worry about replacing batteries. This was sold separately. My only negative is that the soap dispenser feels like it is made of plastic, definitely not steel. It looks great for now, but that is disappointing.

Love this, when my hands are full of stuff, all I have to do is wave my hand and comes on. Goes off automatically if on too long.

We purchased this faucet Sep 2024 and the touchless feature stopped working a year ago. We were sent a new mechanism and and now the new mechanism has also stopped working. I wouldn't recommend nor purchase this product again.
