I think packaging is what sets up how you're about to view the item. pfister packaged this faucet beautifully and carefully. Everything is in a box with little compartments, not one on top of the other. I loved that they packaged the big pieces (head, handle) in a velvety bag to keep from scratching. The instructions are easy as 1-2-3. Literally took maybe 20 minutes for the whole installation. I love the different water settings. It does seem like it "drips" a bit when in jet setting but it is not a big deal to me as I am a sucker for the rain setting anyways. I love that the head is very flexible and you can aim it at any desired angle. It has a nice weight to it without being too heavy.
