The faucet was easy to install. I really like it. The drain plug, however, was a disappointment. There's a white ring around the part which is to be inserted into the drain (white ring sitting on top of the drain in photo), which is immovable and is also too big for a 2" drain. I phoned to inquire if they manufacture a smaller plug, which might be interchanged with this one but unfortunately, that is not available. It seems like a good idea but without the ability to adapt the diameter of the plunger piece, it's useless to me. The measurements of the faucet are depicted on the box but not those of the drain plug. That might be something Pfister should consider displaying on packaging future faucet/drain plug sets. Alternatively, manufacturing plug/plunger sets in various sizes, so that one can size up/down as needed might increase the market size for this product.

The no tools, guaranteed seal is a lie! I am a do it yourselfer but I've done a lot myself including many faucets over the years. The faucet itself installed fine. The drain, however ... what a freakin' nightmare! Allegedly, you don't need tools and the instructions specifically tell you DO NOT USE PLUMBERS PUTTY! So I assembled the pieces in the order specified and hand tightened as the instructions stated. Now I bench 250, so my hand tighten should be sufficient. Great - ready to test! Water running out the underside of the drain like water through a strainer. I try hand tightening more ... no luck. I disassemble everything, make sure all of the washers, seals, etc. are the correct direction, and reassemble! F$#k ... still leaking! No mind you, I am under a pedestal sink, so I only have a few inches to work with. Disassembly and reassembly are much more difficult than inside a wide open vanity. So screw all of the directions, ditch that extra, flat, opaque, plastic washer and apply plumber's putty to the top and bottom of the drain like spreading sunscreen on Bobby Flay in the desert! Tighten everything down, grab a pair of channel locks and crank it a few more times! Now, this thing is not made of titanium. It's some pretty lightweight plastic, so I am carefully tighting, hoping to get it as tight as a frog's butt, without blowing it out. I think I have it ... finally turn on the water. Finally, no leaks. So, if you have some experience and willing to mess with it, you can get it to work. But, I don't have high confidence this thing is going to last very many years. But, it was under a hundred bucks, so you get what you pay for for.

Great faucet, easy install and well worth the price because PFister backs their products with customer service and warranty.

I bought this several years ago. I like it. Just needed the leak fixed. I received the parts and fixed it.

This is one of many Pfister products we have purchased/installed/or serviced over the years. I only buy Pfister because of their product support and parts replacement for life. Love the pop up drain design, and anticipate this will reduce headaches going forward.
