I have a double vanity in our master bath, and have two of these faucets. We are very pleased with this product. Recently we had an issue with the faucets not turning off correctly. when I took them apart to fix them the washers under the counter had rusted badly. I called customer support, all the parts that I needed to reinstall the faucets were replaced with no question, and no problems. Also, the new washers that were sent to replace the rusted ones looked to be upgraded to a material that are less likely to rust. That washer was the only flaw that I found with the design.
