These faucets were in my new house. After 5 years of normal cleaning, the finish started wearing off. I contacted the company, they graciously sent me new ones and we are extremely happy!!

I update the faucets in both of my bathrooms and chose this particular Pfizer faucet for its disign and finish. The great part was the smooth operation of the unit. I also was very impressed with the customer support as I had a problem with one of the drain mechanisms and it was replaced with a better unit at no extra charge and no questions asked. I would highly recommend this unit.
