Awful! This expensive hardware fixture was sent in an envelope. Naturally it was bent. But apart from its condition, the finish was terrible. Instead of looking like antiqued brass, it looked like a shiny gold finish streaked with dark varnish that had been spilled. I am extremely disappointed given the reputation of the vendor and the price! I'm returning.

Was unsure on what I would get but this is high quality and beautiful piece for our small bathroom. Easy to hang, I added drywall anchors as it is heavy. Great product high quality.

Beautiful looking, great quality, unique item I get lots of compliments on it. Functions well as long as you don’t mind having the roll facing out - if you put the roll on the usual way then it rubs and tears on the brass detail at the bottom, so if that’s a dealbreaker than not the holder for you. Very easy to change the roll!
