This item had the advantage of four point mounting (Two Strap plates on either side ) instead of two point mounting, like most towel racks I Have viewed. That is why I bought it. The chrome finish is not great, but just ok. Because it “folds” up for smaller ship/packaging this item is not for a person without significant experience in installing. It is extremely easy to mount this to the wall crooked. Mine is installed perfectly level with the plates perpendicular but it took a lot of care and experience to do it that way.

I have had this in my shower for about a year. It still looks brand new.

Good quality; hotel style and substance. Needs to be installed on studs.

Looks quite good, nice finish. A little lightweight.
