It arrived with some chips. Not a huge deal. It was also missing 2 long screws for the handle part, so I had to reuse my nails from my previous knob which were silver and looks a little weird with the black knob. At some point Ill go by black nails and switch it out, just a disappointment that it didnt come in the package. However, very easy to install and works great. The price was right and Id buy it again if I needed to.
