Wayfair's service was great. The product was inferior. I've been doing home repair work for over 30 years. The installation instructions were completely lacking and incomplete. There is no mention of how to install the lock cylinder. The pictures didn't even match the product design. The lock cylinder was frozen and could not be turned. They're were parts referenced that did not exist and no mention of other parts. I couldn't install it at all. Extremely poor.

The thin bar that is connected to the locking cylinder snapped after using the lock two times. The lock now only locks from the inside and cannot be unlocked with the key. I would recommend another product that is a bit stronger and less likely to break so fast.
