The stove not only heats perfect, it looks great in the corner of our cabin loft.

Bought This fireplace unit with I year manufacturer's warrantee and 3-year extended coverage, and the gas receiver/regulator broke upon installation. Wayfair said seek remedy with the extended coverage people, who said it was covered under warrantee, so go to Pro Comm, the company that imports them from China. Procomm said they wanted to repair rather than replace and to send it back to them, which I did 3 months ago. No repair yet. They could have just replaced the unit which would would have been more service - oriented more probably more economical in the long run. Unhappy.

The installation instructions in the owners manual, do not match the cut out of the exact fire place itself. If you follow the cut out instructions, you will definitely be making modifications. The fireplace itself, is really nice. Have gotten a lot of compliments on it.
