I ordered 7 toilets. 4 of them came damaged. They need more protection when being shipped

Both the replacement toilets were damaged....do not send any more the shipping company doesnt handle the product with care. Now do you want me to ship it back....

The toilet does it's job. I would recommend this for commerical places. It has a good flush.
