Quality product with everything needed for the job

The picture seems to indicate the drain has brass threads on the outside. The price of this item would seem to indicate the same. When the package arrived, the drain has plastic threads which have a tendency to crack over time and our plumber refuses to install any drain with plastic threads. This item was returned for a refund.
