[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toilet lid closes quietly and softly. Such a nice change from the loud CLUNK of previous lids.

House was built 1 year ago. Toilet seat slow close feature is great but plastic mounting bolt broke and seat slides all over the toilet

I received this seat as a replacement for the toilet seat that arrived broken with our new toilet. I like slow close feature, especially in the middle of the night.

The toilet seat worked great with soft close and comfortable seating for both my husband and me. Six months after it was installed the plastic bolt on one side snapped, leaving the seat attached on one side only.
