I received this seat as a replacement for the toilet seat that arrived broken with our new toilet. I like slow close feature, especially in the middle of the night.

The toilet seat worked great with soft close and comfortable seating for both my husband and me. Six months after it was installed the plastic bolt on one side snapped, leaving the seat attached on one side only.
