it was longer than indicated and not the correct color

Was supposed to be an exact replacement for the cheap contractor grade plastic seats that came with our ProFlo toilets. Ordered three of them! It is a high quality seat, but not an exact replacement! It is about one inch too long. So the seat hangs over the front of the bowl! Not sure what I’m going to do - hate the hassle of having to return three toilet seats. Definitely a good reason to avoid online purchases for something that needs to fit; should have bought one from the orange big box!

ProFlo seat that's too long for the bowl. Shape by the hinges doesn't match. New purchase of home and wanted soft close seat and that works. My error that the toilet isn't white but biscuit. Will replace because.

We love this toilet seat and especially love that it is wood, not plastic. Also that it closes silently. Highly recommend it.
