I need to send it back this was to large for the area. Loved the color which I could have used it.

I ordered this and then received a totally different 1 bar. I have to return it and the person on the phone said other people had same experience. It is False advertising that you are still selling a grab bar with attached bar and it is not what you send. Very dissatisfied and usually have been very satisfied with Wayfair.

Very unhappy with the purchase, since there is NO TOWEL BAR as shown in the photo! There is one pic of the grab bar alone, but I assumed that the towel bar was an optional attachment that came with it. There is NO INDICATION in the Wayfair description that the grab bar is sold solo. The main reason I purchased it was because of the towel bar. I called customer service, voiced my complaint, was told that you would consult the manufacturer, and no one has called me back. Very disappointing all around.

Nice bar, but don't be fooled! Grab bar DOES NOT come with the "OPTIONAL" towel bar! NO WHERE on the add does it say that the towel bar is an option. When the supplying company was called regarding this issue, the gentleman indicated that the towel bar is, in fact, an option. But then he couldn't say what the price for the bar is, or that it even exists!
