Was easy to install, finishing & design was great.

Did not work when installed by our Plummer and Contractor. Water comes out of both the shower head and tub faucet when diverter is completely down. When pulled up, worked fine coming out of just the shower head. The stopper in the tub spout blocks 60 of the tub spout exit hole (see picture) causing the back pressure to trigger the shower head. Contacted manufacturer directly (Feb 24). They were very slow to respond, finally shipped replacement part after a week (Mar 05) and had the same issue with the new part. Our Contractor took the tub spout to try on another bathtub that was working normally and had the same issue with this tub spout. Contacted the manufacturer again and they suggested installing a bigger pipe to increase pressure. Which would continue to get blocked by the very restricted exit hole and cause the same back pressure to the shower head. Plus the shower walls have been installed already and we’re not tearing them down. Will be returning this product for a refund.
